Last week ended the International Symposium on Advancing Technologies and Extraction (ExTech 2023) in Tenerife.

We would also like to make special mention and congratulate Irene Latorre for winning the prize for the best poster presentation of the event, the winning poster was “Encapsulation efficiency determination methods for the analysis of autoantigenic peptides within phosphatidylserine-liposomes”.
